- 黎咗加拿大差唔多一年，原來想慳咗60蚊會員費，
所以一直都無去過Costco…結果去咗就不得了！！
身邊嘅人成日話Costco而家無以前咁平，
淨係大份，但唔抵食，我地今次就去實測一下到底有咩最抵買！
麻煩搵人制止下阿CAN同細佬...唔係再買零食...

The regular kitchen knife or steak knife can cut the french baguette, Just use the sharpe edge punch a hole in the middle and then start slice. All the bread usually have one or two day shelf life. When you buy a bag of bread, take out the amount you can use for the first two, and the rest are put into the freezer, not Fridge, When you take out from freezer, you can toast, or pan fry . Alternative, you can wrap it with a wet paper towel and put into microwave. But make sure you slice half of the hamburger buns or slices baguette into 6 pieces before put into freezer.

for the meat, marinate 醃 them ahead with ginger and cooking wine for at least half an hour and then packed them into one meal portion before put away into freezer, then you can bake, roast and cook directly from freezer , no more defrost. and you can make addition sauce, any variety sweet and sour, spicy, salty to go with them.

Put the bread to freezer, and it can save for long time. But you can take out the pieces in room temperature before you sleep. You will have the fresh bread in the morning.

想食游水龍蝦或蟹, 周末到中超去買, 大部份中超都減價十蚊一磅. 温哥華蟹大约兩磅一隻, 龍蝦一磅以上好食啲

They used to have a referral program: If you refer a friend for Membership fee. Also, Someone does not want to make commitment to buy the membership card yet, They can sign up for a one time guest visit.

You will love to come back there again .The tip: come in the weekday evening and have the hotdog and pizza for your dinner before taking the cart for groceries .
Price is right for quality (e.g beef is alway AAA). Don’t compare the price to the other grocery store lower quality food

Costco 有兩大名物從來無加價，第一係熱狗，你已經食過，第二係炸雞，$7.99/一隻，足夠你三個人享用，Costco表示呢兩個物品係回饋會員唔會加價。
