My truck is doing the same thing went to TA they say I have 2 bad battery and a bad wire I brought 4 batteries and change the wire they chargee a bunch of money after 2 hours of driving same shit started happening again
I had the same problem and shop told me I need a new alternator....replaced it my self and still doing the same going up and down....found out the remote sense wire was corroded...everything looks good now...
Hey my 2015 international 4300 has had issue starting but the battery level was good after 6 months of that issue the turn got a bit worst taking sometimes 3 turns to start up now the battery voltage gauge is at zero but I had three new batteries in 10 months ago
What was the problem? I replaced a battery after boiling and smoking, the next day the brand new battery done the same. Just had all 4 replaced and my voltage is still fluctuating and really low when truck is off. I'm stumped. Alternator read good voltage too.

I got the same truck and mine is doing that now, but also I left the fridge on while driving
13.2 it’s little to low it should be at 13.9-14.1
