Hi Stan, We have recently bought one of these machines, but are having some difficulty getting it to do anything. We have cleared all alarm codes. When opening panelmac, pressing f5( calibrate) and then pressing the green cycle start button nothing happens. We have a yellow box in the bottom right corner with red text saying hold. If you could help me out it would be appreciated. Thanks
I do not know what the problem is but you contact SCM for technical support @ 770-813-8818 and if you have an internet connection at the at the CNC then SCM can connect to your machine to help the troubleshooting. Where is the machine located?
