if you cant pin the guy when he has a straight arm, you dont deserve the win, simple as that
Some refs still living in the old age. All need to know that a straight arm isn't an arm wrestling position and a decline humerus in losing side is immediate foul.
They simply let the honourable arm wrestler get tired against a numb skull.
