Just used this same technique for Tulle. It works very well, and it's really easy to do (I've never done anything like this before.) I used it on my hat brim to detail it, and I think it looks fabulous. Thank you for the video!

Yes it should be on the side of the Alice band, and also, the crinoline rose can be attached to a dinner wear preferably on the shoulder of the dress won't be bad at all.
