    Well Being flourishes with awareness, connections, insight, and purpose. Key to be consistent. Send loving kindness to calendar events. Appreciation at meal time is an elixir for the soul. Intention is important and adds to event. Well being is activated with humor and focus, happiness ensues. Harness harmony, appreciation, and love. Technology is a gift. Real time connection is precious. Brain age is similar to chronical age. Example and presence is best teacher. Connect to the feeling allows vibration of moment. Focus and meditation allows opportunities to flourish. ❤

    Stay with it, regularity in sleep time, exercise.Buddist and most religions are very good.Inter dependent web of food we eat taught in Indian meditation classes in Doha , Qatar 1996.Motivation and intension .

    Triggers refer to wisdom and response . Emotional intelligence is trigger pause choose a response and also training for self regulation.Ver well written by Daniel Colman book.

    Brain aging and time is Co related objectively by structural MRI.Brain aging slowed down by meditation and other healthy life styles.

    In this video start at 4.5 minutes.Recap , innate goodness like learning language in environment. I noticed to be good kind compassionate is very rare and those people are used and abused as weak . The environment is contradictory to this teachings. Sorry to be skeptics and stoic.

    Technology is neutral.Processed refined foods and our microbiome health.Sun really elevate wellness biologically. Micro dosing of well being , small baby steps on regular basis.Zoom and other videos platforms for connection with other beings and planet and whole ecosystem.
