I don't know what popping community think about this but as a casual watcher i feel like all this shady judging (mostly based on French dancers and Nelson's network) started to make popping less watchable. Prince auto gave it to Nelson for the whole contest and after this in KOD Nelson voted for French team (which involves Prince) against Korea. (6-1 for France including two routine rounds.)

Sorry if I am not hardcore or professional enough, but Greenteck's been distracting me when Kite/Madoka dancing, it's a good battle for sure and Nelson/Green deserve the champion skill wise, but the vibe was just boiled by Green and I wouldn't want to watch it again.

Nelson First round made madoka Looks like he got Parkinson,nobody give Credit to Nelson i personaly pass 2010 and 2011 without understanding why Nelson was winning so many comps in Europa... After all these years is só easy to see that Nelson got the best spasm in the industry no chance or him or franqey they Look like a Giant speaker from a music festival.
I been watching Nelson since he battled Pete's son, Shonn boog many years ago and I disagree I never really watched Madoka until now and what stands out with Madoka is hes clean as hell!!! Nelson did crazy shit but he looked like he was rushing it.

그린텍분이 왜 욕먹는 이유를 모르겠넼ㅋㅋㅋ 배틀이면 배틀답게 하고 마지막에 포옹 해주면서 리스펙 표현해줬는데 욕 먹는 이유 모르겠네 수많은 영상중에서 젤 배틀 다웠다는 생각이 드는데
저정돈되어야 배틀인데 한국배틀은 너무재미없음. 배틀이라부르기도 민망함.

Greentech is such an amazing dancer. Probably the best popper ever, and he's constantly growing every year and surpassing himself. However, his attitude is shit and I really hope that people who follow him do not get influenced by all this rude "gangsta" nonsense. It's nit even cool, if that what he thinks it is. He looks lame and cringe worthy. He could have been up there with all the OGs at half their age, but he prefers to be spoiled kid. Rediculous 🤦🏻♂️

@@cletus9944 They do. I can see how Wiggles look at him every time he judges him. I just cant respect his attitude. Needs to be more humble. Then he could be a legend and the best popper of all time.

I have trouble understanding Nelson, could someone help explain his dance?
His body control is really good, popping and vibrating at difficult angles on demand.
However his angles and poses looks kinda weird. Also his choreography is often "linear" and boring.
Please correct me, I want to like his dance

At least someone humble who says "I don't understand" instead of "It's shit" : congrats, sincerely, I think it's the way to get better in every aspects of life. I used to not like Nelson's dance me too, but the more I popped myself and studied that dance the more I saw how he's connected to the music with his body, using the basic moves to play with it... He's the kind of dancer who could dance all night, without getting his "bag of moves" empty, if you know what I mean... But of course it's also a matter of taste and preferences

Hard to say as a kite fan, but i see alots of poppers play with the music like crazy like Nelson, Hoan, Popping J Frantiq etc, but why not kite. Only the legs aint enough

Me too I used to not like his dance, but the more I watched him and studied poppin the more I realized he was really dancing, fully connected to the music and not doing some "gymnastic" or applying moves. He plays with basics, bringing them further... But it's also a matter of taste of course.

凄く個人的な、正直な感想を言うと
近年madokaさんは踊ってるとき、なんとなくしんどそうな感じというか、自然な踊りができてない気がする
それにつられてkiteさんも自然に踊れてないというか
自然な踊りができないと、kiteさんもgreenteckには絶対勝てないと思う
あとco-thcooも同じような感じがする
個人で出る時の方がいいよね samurai の時のぐっちゃんさんなら多分圧勝できる気がする笑

正直あれよな、ブガルーとアニメーションごっちゃでわからんよな。まぁ、まどかさんは、アニメーションがほとんどだと思うし、カイトさんは逆やけど。一つにこれってのは、言えないよな。
ハードヒットがベースで、ダイムストップ、ウェイブ、コブラが主流って感じですね。
それに加えた爆発的な瞬発力と独特のグループは特有のモノかと思います。
