The song 'UP NO MORE' addresses themes such as insomnia, anxiety and the desire to escape negative thoughts that haunt the mind at night. The lyrics begin by describing the feeling of loneliness and fear that accompanies the darkness of the night, suggesting that the narrator is struggling to disconnect from the worries that keep her awake. The repetition of the chorus 'I don’t wanna, wanna be up no, no more' expresses a strong desire to find peace and rest, rejecting the idea of ​​spending another sleepless night.
References to unimportant thoughts that dominate the mind and meaningless stories that unfold during the night illustrate the chaotic nature of anxiety and how it can fill the stillness of the night with restlessness. The song also touches on the idea that these negative thought patterns can infiltrate someone's life without them realizing it, becoming a constant and unwanted presence. The 'one, two, three' countdown can symbolize an attempt to push away these thoughts and find relief. jihyo wrote the song and stated that it is about her insomnia :)

- Dua Lipa and her producer has actually helped in this album; they produced I Can't Stop Me, while Dua Lipa helped write/compose Behind The Mask
- Jihyo wrote Up No More due to her insomnia, she also intentionally gives Jeongyeon a lot of lines on the songs she writes
- the laugh you hear in Queen is Sana's laugh
