the pad that you didn’t understand what it is… that is meant to lift up the back of your saddle, if for some reason it was tilted forward! they have ones that lift up the front of the saddle too!! hope that helped!!

That's a lollipop riser pad. They were allllll the rage in the late 90s to fix the one saddle we all rode in regardless of what fit the horse, lol
