Not true Skeeter was in some.of the reboot stuff in the 2000's and at least one of the films. She is an incredibly obscure character though.

@@TheTVMan170 It’s a pretty old joke. A weird long joke with a lot of nasty details. Not sure where it originated, but people tend to tell it for the shock value. You can look it up as “Aristocrats joke” and you’ll find plenty of versions. The first version I heard was South Park.

The thing about Skeeter is that Something happened to her but the Truth is… that No one really knows what happened to the poor sister of Scooter, but we do have a few details on what could’ve happened to her.
So About Skeeter, apparently the only real answer of what really happened to her in the Muppets Lore is that she disappeared while exploring in the forest during her Darkest Adventure in the Muppet Babies. And she was never ever seen again after that. This was reported during an interview with former Muppet Babies storyboard director Scott Shaw, in a 1993 interview. He said that she's now a famous explorer, never seen again after an expedition to the jungles of the Amazon!
So according to the Former Writer of the Muppet Babies, Jim Lewis in a 2009 Interview, he stated that He and his team threw around various and Bizarre Scenarios on what happened to her.
He explained this:
“Ahh, Skeeter. I wasn't there for the creation of the "Muppet Babies" animated series, but I suspect she was added to the show so there'd be another (dare I say, more balanced than Baby Piggy) female character on a show aimed at kids. We threw around various bizarre scenarios about what happened to Skeeter after "Muppet Babies," but none of these were ever confirmed. Frankly, I suggest contacting the Federal Witness Protection Program for more info. Let us know what you find out.”
Also 5 years later, During a 2014 interview on the Inside the Magic podcast, Kermit the Frog explained that Skeeter has been on meditative retreat ever since becoming a Buddhist; and when asked about his sister during a 2015 Twitter Q&A, Scooter replied: "Skeeter is currently studying overseas. And if she ever reaches dry land, she'll come visit.”
But I doubt that Skeeter became a Buddhist lots of people doubt that’s what happened to her. Because Skeeter never mentions anything about wanting to become a Buddhist or anything of that religion. And many do not think that is what happened. But I think that she was abducted or kidnapped and taken away and she may have died sometime after the incident. Cause she was never seen again. And the answers Kermit and scooter gave are all just speculations and they couldn’t be justified or proven that she did go on to be an Amazon forest explorer or a Buddhist. However in the Muppet babies lore she did love going and being outside and exploring places.
Also if she was overseas than someone else would’ve spotted her and taken her back to the mainland. And I don’t see how that could fit her disappearance.

It was revealed that he is an alien in Muppets from space, although the original conception for his species was a creature called the "frackle", not to be confused with "fraggle" from fraggle Rock, this is also when his name was snarl instead of Gonzo.
