I didn't serve for the US but I understand exactly how gunny felt.
Yeah that's kinda what makes the cartoon funny. Put Gunny in stressful or stupid situations that we all have to handle in the civilian world and make him act like a drill sergeant. Do all drill sergeants need to do this in public for it to be funny? We all wish we could get away with doing this in public when were getting screwed over right?

I've spent 2 hours waiting in line at the nearest DMV
James Scott I called the dmv 8 times and they didn’t pick up once. So i figure i should just drive but when i go there they tell me “we are accepting no more walk-in’s today. I proceeded to ask may i schedule an appointment and they responded “you have to call” and i left and called they once more. No answer.

TJ Polovchik actually the more muscular somebody is, the more effective a taser is on that individual since they work by targeting the muscles. thats why fat people barely get phased by tasers and bodybuilders get nearly killed by them.

Is it because the adipose tissue acts as rubber and it acts as a shield for basically other damage barring Mike Tyson+ level force?
Or is it because water is much more evenly distributed through the tissues and thus acts as a conductor for electricity as the muscles are practically made of it?
There has to be a fun layman way of explaining it besides that. Like how rare types of people are immune to pepper spray or how a liver punch only feels worse than a concussion.

Hilarious. The producers must be from CA. Our DMV is just like that. The supervisor sits in the back, out of sight, and does very little. They might fill in for a clerk for the lunch break, but that is all. Small county, usually only 2 windows going
