everything just feels unreal, i wake up everyday, do my tasks, and then fall asleep repeat. ive completely lost all track of time, and it feels like im still in january.
Try meditation, it really helps so much, I've been on the same place as you time ago when I had anxiety, Its all about taking care of your health and allowing you to feel and express (dance, sing, paint, write, nature) you will be fine i promise ♥️

@@kyralanders1923 I think it’s fair to question and it’s okay to stress. We are human, we’re not expected to be perfect or to have our lives together. Jesus asks us to come Him so He can heal us, not to “heal ourselves” then come to Him. So I pray whatever you’re going through that is causing stress God removed from your life so that you can grow closer to Him. He loves you and always will.
