That flat iron looks like its great for transitioning to natural because I remember having half of my hair relaxed and the other half natural and when i was done flat ironing you couldn’t tell!…so you good to go because I had to do it severallllll times to get it flat lol!

Have you thought of doing a keratin treatment or hair botox? It will allow you to fortify your relaxed hair and stop reversion at the roots for a few months.
@@SW33TSPARKL3 yes you can do it at the salon ( it's quite expensive though) or at home. Design essentials has a smoothing treatment, so does avlon texture release . Look also into kerastraight and nutree hair botox. They all wash out after a couple of months. The key is to not do too many heat passes when sealing the treatment to avoid heat damage. There are a few youtubers who transitioned using these treatments or using it to stretch relaxers or just keep it straight when natural.

What temp did you use
Get the 1.25 because the plates will be a little wider to better flat iron your hair. I usually use a temp around 340-380
