I spent a lot of time writing this so at least look. EDITED APRIL 2
Ok, so as we all know, SOME but not all of the plants we've got recently are just cheap ripoffs that are just 2 plants combined. And, we all want new worlds but, Popcap are mainly focusing on PVZ Heroes right now. So I'll just pose some new ideas for some new worlds, and hopefully, they'll see this. (Probably Not) (My Opinion)
Critiques:
-Add the cattail and remove the homing thistle. (Basically the same plant)
-Add a few worlds (You could do MORE!)
-Add Power Pinch to the power up bar (Why did they remove it?)
-Make first few zomboss battles harder; they were easier than the world itself (AE, PS, WW, FF)
-Stop making every new plant a premium plant. I can't stress this enough! (Sweet Potato, Sap Fling, Shrinking Violet, Chomper, Snow Pea and Torchwood shouldn't be premium)
New world ideas:
Space Age: (5 chilli difficulty, 32 levels)
???: (3 chilli difficulty, goes between Wild West and Frostbite Caves) UNFINISHED
Forest Hunt: (4 chilli difficulty, 40 levels)
Forest Hunt Synopsis, plants, and other twiddledinkies.
Adventure deep into the heart of the biggest forest in the world, thousands of years ago to find Zomboss who has retreated to his secret lab he built all those years ago, after he was defeated in Modern Day. It's your job to stop him from creating an invention to change time so tacos 🌮 will not exist, and therefore causing Crazy Dave to disappear!!
New Concept: Camo Zombies/Even more trap tiles
Camo zombies cannot be seen by most plants with the exceptions being insta-kill plants (Not electric blueberry or toadstool though) plants higher than level 8, and certain forest hunt plants.
Water Tile: Wipes the whole board away, plants and zombies alike. DO NOT PLANT on it or LET ZOMBIES STEP OVER IT. Use it as last resort.
Tree Tile: A tree falls vertically across the board where the tile was and destroys all plants and zombies.
Electric Tile: (1 minute recharge because it helps) Creates a charge that arcs across lanes and kill zombies.
There's also the fire and ball tile from lost city, but they've been revamped. Fire doesn't destroy all plants or zombies instantly it depends on toughness of the plant or zombie. The ball tile is the same except it comes horizontally across the board destroying everything in 2 lanes
NEW PLANTS!
Sniper Shroom: Sniper plant that can shoot zombies all over the board first firing at the zombies with the strongest armour causing high damage to the armour every 5 seconds. It does only normal damage to zombies without armour. (Imps, Browncoats, Jester, etc.) plus it can see Camo zombies. (Unlocked at level 3) 75 sun cost, 20 second recharge
Umbrella Leaf: Protects against aerial attacks. (Unlocked at level 8, 100 sun cost, 20 second recharge)
Bamboo Shoot: Based off of garden warfare, it launches air strikes automatically every 3 seconds and it goes all across the board, creating minor explosions and splash damage. (5 hits to kill a basic zombie, unlocked at level 15) 175 sun cost, 7 second recharge
Goop Shroom: Splats goop at zombies in one lane, and the more goop is on zombies, the slower they go. Eventually, the zombies will freeze in place for 10 seconds (Takes 15 hits to freeze, fast rate of fire, no damage, and unlocked at level 22) 150 sun cost, 5 second recharge
Pine Needle: Fire pine needles at zombies, and they stick, causing more damage the longer it sticks and the more pine needles are sticking to the zombie, the maximum is 5 causing 8 normal damage every 2 seconds (200 sun cost, 10 second recharge, unlocked at level 26) NOTE: Can see Camo
Pear Trap: Snaps shut on one zombie, doing huge damage, and if the zombie doesn't die, it holds it in place, allowing other plants to hit it, and once the zombie dies, it opens up and has a 25 second recharge before active again (50 sun cost, 30 second recharge, unlocked at level 31)
Weed Zapper: Kills a zombie spawning tree. (25 sun, 20 second recharge, plant on top of tree unlocked at level 34)
PREMIUM PLANT: Dr. Toxic
Sprays toxic fumes in a whole lane except for behind it every 8 seconds. Toxic fumes confuse zombies and do light damage until they die or are killed. (250 sun cost, 5 second recharge, 5.99)
New zombies:
Camo and normal variants for bucket, cone and regular zombies, they wear camouflage
Hunter Zombie: Opens fire on plants, and sometimes uses ZPG to instantly destroy any plant (Takes 2 to kill primal walnut)
Tree Hugger Zombie: Can turn one plant on the board into a zombie spawning tree which zombies spawn on tiles 1 below, above and side to side (Little tree on head gives extra armour, also fires once every 12 seconds, so kill quickly)
Vine Zombie: Goes down and picks up a plant, you'll know because there will be a target on the plant. (Use umbrella leaf to defend)
Leaf Shield Zombie: Can deflect any blast, punch or projectile, sometimes forcing it back toward nearby plants as well as sometimes hiding behind his leaf so plants can't see him. The shield is breakable. He can also survive an explosion, but it destroys his shield, revealing a rather big Zombie underneath. (A bully Zombie)
Medic Zombie: Heals and buffs other zombies in front of him, up to 2 tiles (Cannot regenerate armour)
AMBUSH! Imps swing in and fall from the sky at random, up to 10 imps in one ambush.
Yeah, so that's my idea for the world. And Zomboss is in a giant tree with bark cannon and a tree summoner as a boss. What do you guys think? I also have a few more ideas for another world called: Space Age (Astro-Nut, Doom Shroom, Fruit Punch)
Edit: Space Age is WIP in my brain. Here's what I've got so far.
New plants:
Plant Pot: Its not exactly practical to plant on moon soil. Luckily, Crazy Dave has some spare pots from the rooftop. Allows all plants to be planted, even underground plants like Celery Stalker. Sun Cost: 50 Recharge: 7 seconds
The RETURN OF Gatling Pea: Shoots 4 peas at once, but a slower reload time. Peas move faster, therefore doing slightly more damage.
Doom Shroom: Huge explosion that creates a crater (Can't plant on) that kills all zombies in a 3x5 area. Sun Cost: 300 Recharge: 45 seconds
PREMIUM PLANT:
Fruit Punch: It punches using weakened versions of fruit effects. (Apple, Orange, Blueberry, Cherry) It punches with an apple fist that stuns, a citron/orange fist that does high damage, a blueberry punch that zaps zombies and a cherry punch that causes a small explosion. (9.99 USD) Sun cost: 200 Recharge: 20 seconds (Still deciding)
Astro-Nut: Has Elevated toughness, but it's offensive attack is more important than that. It shoots nuts (Like what squirrels eat) and when it hits a zombie, it explodes, sending shards of nut all across the board which damage zombies. (8 pieces) Sun Cost: 200 Recharge: 10 seconds
New Zombies: 2 likes to reveal!
Hint: Some old zombies coming back.

I found a glitch similar to the thing that you can shovel the ghost pepper after it explodes just its with the hot date! When the hot date makes fire at the whole lane you can use plant food on him and he will be just fine, and the burn before he gets plant food also does damage.
Edit: He doesnt explode the second time, you can only dig him up and use plant food on him, zombies does not eat him. He also attracts zombies but cannot be eaten
