Yes Poh Poh took a bottle of rice vinegar. I use that brand. But later the bottle of rice wine was a different brand. Just picked a wrong bottle at that time. Never mind Poh Poh can differentiate at time of cooking.Im Taiwan their soy sauce is the essence of the dish but we dont have it locally. A real pity.
