In this episode I speak about meeting Ron Scribner "Ralphie Glick", showcase autographed items and sum up the experience attending the event.

What a kick to see Ralphie after all these years. I wonder if he would do a sit down interview with you. I always wanted to know the back story...the interaction of the cast behind the scenes, what did they talk about....everything! I think vampire Bonnie was dating both Toby and David Soul during the making of the movie. I want to hear those types of stories. Maybe Lance Kerwin could sit down with you or the young actor who played Ralphie's brother. Ron seems like a true gentleman with lots of class. By far my favorite movie of all time. Lucky you to have a friendship with him.

I've watched all these 40th anniversary videos now, cool stuff. I first saw Salem's Lot on TV in the UK in September 1981. I actually thought it was 1980 but I just checked and it was 1981. At the time I had no idea what it was about and I had no idea who Stephen King was, although I had heard of the film The Shining of course. I didn't realise the stories were written by the same guy. I did of course know who David Soul was from Starsky and Hutch and Magnum Force and I knew James Mason from many films ranging from North By Northwest to 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and Frankenstein the True Story. So anyway after seeing it I was blown away and really scared out of my wits by Mr Barlow and co. After that we got stuck with the 90 minute film version which I watched dozens of times in the 80's. It wasn't until like 1997 that I finally got the full length 184 minute edition on VHS. I watched that about a million times, and same with the DVD and blu ray. Anyway I'm going on and on here ha ha.

Did anyone notice the prop Danny Glick(Brad)was sitting on when Mark Petrie chased him away from the window?you can clearly see it between his knees....And when Danny lets Ralphie in the second time,in the hospital, you can see someone in the corner in the windows reflection??Boogeyman Ben please check it out..Unless you have noticed it already..And third, and lastly, how did "Faithful" the dog die?I mean who was responsible?Never understood that.....Thank you and great job honoring my all time fave horror movie!!!

I figured Straker had to be the one who killed Faithful, because Barlow hadn’t arrived yet. I’m confused on why Straker killed him though.

How far away do you live from Ferndale? My wife was born in Eureka but her parents moved to Louisiana in the late 70's. They have fond memories of Ferndale which is 20 miles from Eureka
