The newest event in the last fortress introduces us to the queen of the zombies. Basically a boss fight.
At the same time they are introducing gadgets, these give specific heroes additional buff, some even act as additional skills. So a five skill hero can now be a 6 skill hero.
Overall summary of events:
The general set up is this: You and 2 other players will rally against the queen. The person with the most damage gets the best rewards. You want to defeat the queen to get rewards and the rewards are the currency that is used to unlock and upgrade combat gadgets.
Breakdown:
Each day you can rally against the zombie queen up to 5 times.
You access this in the event center under “Zombie Queen is Here” event
You have 2 options Create a raid team or Quick team up
Creating your own raid team allows you to set the minimum CP for the players that join you. This is most beneficial if you are too weak to defeat the queen on your own. You can invite whales to help you.
Quick team up just pairs you with 2 random players or bots, you dont get a choice. Upside you will often get the MVP rewards, downside if you can not beat the queen your rewards may be less than what you thought.
To Sum up the 2 ways to rally: use quick rally if you can beat her on your own. Use custom rally if you cant and need additional support to beat her.
The queen dies at about 5mil damage.
The best lineups to kill the queen are the casino lineup and Victoria lineup.
Casino stops her from using her skills and so does Buc, (you can also use Chu), if timed right the queen will never use her special skill (more on that later).
Victoria line, basically victoria is a beast and can decimate the queen in a few rounds. Make sure you have heroes like buri and harman with her because they have shield skills and have at least 3 of your heroes wearing Alpha bless armor.
The queen:
This is what I have been able to figure out about the queen with help from our fellow discord players.
The Queen has a skill called Lethal Breath.
The skill hits both the heroes in the front and 1 hero in the back.
The skill then has a sustained effect that prevents 1 hero from using their special skills. This can last anywhere from 2 rounds to the entire match depending on how its timed.
The initial data suggests that she attacks the hero with the most durability, so the highest AGI in the back row will get hit and cant use their skill.
Strategy to combat the queen's skill:
Move 1 of your tanks to the back row. They will attract her attack and it will not shut down any of your damage dealers allowing you to deal out the most damage.
Another strategy is to not allow her to use her skill at all, the Casino line is good for that.
You can fight the queen 5 times per day, but you can also start rallies for other people to join up to an additional 10 times per day. You dont get any more rewards but you earn “helper” points and at the end of the week those points are calculated and you will be rewarded at that time, these are selectable master gadget blueprints.
So what do we get when we beat her? Currency used to unlock and upgrade your heroes gadgets.
The first heroes to have their own Combat Gadgets include: Blanche, Enrique, Quinn, Barron, Max, Kelly, Roland, Laurel, Qian Qian, Suzuki Ren, Kobayakawa, Benson, Bolton, Rebecca, and Chihiro Fujiwara.
Out of these Benson will be the most wanted upgrade because he is a beast in lineups even into season 11. Next I think Blanche for the casino line because her gadget gives her a new skill.
Some of these heroes have 3 different gadgets like Quinn, that give her 3 different skills. So you will have to decide which is best for your lineup. With that said the hierarchy for these gadges is just like ascending.
You have purple which allow you to upgrade them to level 60 and 3 stars, orange upgrade to level 80 4 stars and red upgrade to level 100 and 5 stars. The higher the level and more stars the better the buffs you get from that gadget.
To unlock them first earn the currency required by killing the queen, then go to your heroes, click on the specific hero and you will see a new gadge/weapon slot in the bottom left of the screen.

Correction: the queens skill hits three heroes with the highest agi. Front/back row doesn't matter.
The hero with the highest agi gets cursed and can't use their skill for a few rounds.
You just need 3 heroes with higher agi than Victoria in your lineup for her to live longer and do massive damage to the queen.
Thoughts on lastest announcement about zombie queen skill effects on the highest strength or intelligence either or was kind of vague.
@@michaelrohrs7475 I didn't see anything on that. She seems to target the heroes with the highest agi. And the 1 hero with the highest agi gets the curse.
@@Knightviper777 if was in last fortress page announced and was about zombie queen and specifically said it was back row highest str. or int. Whichever was highest of the back row.
@@michaelrohrs7475 Then they could have changed it, we ran a bunch of tests and it was the back row highest AGI that got hit with the skill that stopped them from using their skill. If its str or int now and only back row highest then do some tests throwing your heavy damage dealers in the front row and see if it helps out. I think heytex is best in the front row any way because he has high agi and is typically targeted in the back row more. I have seen Victoria in the back row completely destroy the queen in a few hits.

🔥 **How to access the event?**
1. Update the game to version 1.357.002.2
2. wait till day 8 of S0
3. Control Center reaches Lv. 11
💡 **How to participate in the event?**
1. Find Zombie Queen on the world map or tap [Event Center] - [Zombie Queen Is Here] to form a raid team of 3 members.
2. You can find all raid teams that are recruiting members in the [Event Center] - [Zombie Queen Is Here] - the "＜" icon on the right side
🎁 **How to get more rewards in the event?**
1. The more Zombie Queen HP you reduce, the more combat gadget Blueprints and Chips you can get.
2. Deploy the recommended heroes on the [Zombie Queen Is Here] page to have a bigger chance to get rare chests and settlement rewards; the more recommended heroes deployed, the bigger the chance.
3. The bigger the share of damage dealt by the MVP player in the team to Zombie Queen, the bigger the chance for all team members to get rare rewards from chests.
🎈 **Anything else I need to know about the event?**
1. Each day, a Commander can only claim Zombie Queen rewards 5 times (resets at 0:00); afterward, the Commander will not join any raid teams, but can create teams and invite others who have not claimed rewards 5 times yet; when the Commander deals over 50% damage to Zombie Queen, the Commander can get 1 helper point.
2. helper points will be settled at 0:00 every Mon.. You'll get the due rewards for your helper points in the previous week.
3. After the raid, the rewards will be delivered to your mailbox.

Great video man! Love all the details. I was going to make one on this topic but I think I will save the effort and share this with my alliance instead XD
I think the only thing i was going to cover that i didn't see here was the difference between personal reward and party rewards (I think personal has the upgrade currencies). The % from suggested heroes only applies to personal rewards and I don't think MVP counts for those. I am in S2 and no one can beat her yet so each player has to test if they get better personal rewards from using suggested heroes vs just using their strongest lineup. I think its a decision between "do i want to do more damage and get more upgrade currency" or "do i want a chance at more rare chests".
Also interesting ours is level 7 and yours is level 11. Maybe she goes up a level each season?
Yeah the progress reward is based on the MVP and suggested heroes combined, the more damage and the more of the suggested heroes you use the better the rewards. The progress rewards are only based on the MVP/damage done.
@@Knightviper777 I just got confirmation, rewards are better for everyone if 1 player kills her and gets mvp while others use suggested heroes than if all 3 kill her.

Quinn. Also if you go to your heroes you have another section. Looks like bullets, and has all the heroes that have gadgets in there

Yeah you get bots no matter what. If people don't join right away it sends bots to keep it moving. You can kick the bots and invite real players.
@@Knightviper777 best not to kick bots as you will hit the MVP all the time and get better rewards

Try, I have actually been running some test and the best rewards I have gotten have been from having other players join and me still making over 60% of the damage. When its just bots I received less rewards but its true you will always be MVP with bots. @@realFoRuM
We are having difficulty transferring explain to us more
Like difficulty with the queen event or transferring servers?
If its the queen event, it will typically pair you up with bots but you can kick those out and invite specific teammates if you want to.
If its transferring servers, there are only certain zones we are allowed to transfer to. In each server there are a set of zones and you can only transfer to those. If you zoom out on your map and see the magnifying glass, click on it and you will see what zones your allowed to transfer to.
