This tutorial is kinda outdated, im only not saying very because well you do the same steps but i can make a FULLY FIXED version now that I know the real reason this happens to everyone!

if you have obs open it can also stop you from connecting to the servers

@@araceliyanez6738 thats not how steam works. If you delete a game (NOT REFUND!) then you go back to your library tab and reinstall it

I deleted the original utility.DLL folder how do I get it back

You weren’t meant to but if you only deleted the utilla folder just go to monkey mod manager and re install utilla

Try putting the fixed Utila into the Utila folder then delete and reinstall the game. After that run the game (if it doesn’t work tell me and I’ll try and find a fix)

Yeah, a lot of people (including me) either have or had that problem. I fixed it by doing what I did in this video, but it only happened to me when I had mods. I've been trying to find another fix, but I just can't find one.
