- Hello mga Kaibigan! May bagong version tayo ng Spanish Style Bangus Sardines. Meron na naman ako twist na nilagay dito na talaga naman mas nagpasarap sa ating niluto. Tara samahan nyo ako at alamin kung anong twist ito!

My own style based on PKusina’s video presentation and tips. Thank you, ate Ester.
👍Bangus-Spanish Sardines Style
Ingredients:
* Slices of cleaned pangasinan bangus OR herring
* Cooking oil
* *Water (to cover fish, not more nor less)
* Smashed garlic, (your liking)
* Laurel, (your liking)
* Sweet pickles, (your liking)
* Olives or sliced carrot, pick 1 or both
* Patis and vinegar (accd to taste and mix it)
* Whole black pepper (your liking)
* Thai chili 🌶️ (4 or more)
* *Olive oil (half of above water level)
PREPPING:
Semi- fry the sliced fish. Transfer to a
pressure cooker. Add ingredients in its above order.
*1. The water is enough to cover the fish. Not more nor less.
*2. The olive oil is half the amount of the water.
Cooking:
Let it boil gently in order not to disturb the ingredients’ layout. When it starts to boil put on the pc lid and pressure cook it till fish bones soften AND according to your p. cooker’s manual.
When cooked, cool it completely. Transfer carefully to a flat glass container. Cover it with cling wrap and poke a few toothpick holes to the wrap. Refrigerate-cure for a day in order to achieve a (canned spanish sardines feel and texture). The next day, serve it in your own way.

Ma’am kung sa ordinary pan lang po palambutin hindi sa pressure cooker, mga gano katagal po kaya dapat lutuin?
