As of the map changes in 1.21, all of these positions still work EXCEPT for the Mountain Pass rock climb at 10:44. The other mountain pass climbs still work fine too.
If WG ever changes the maps more significantly, I'll make an updated video. Until then, these videos are still fairly current. :)
At 6:30 you can also shoot the base of the tree with HE to knock it down, it saves time and doesn't leave you vulnerable.
True, shooting the tree also works. It's hard to get the shot right sometimes though, especially with RNG!

I hope you learned something new from this video though! This was 20+ hours of recording and editing! I intentionally used slower tanks, like the WZ-120 and Super Conqueror to demonstrate that you can push normal tanks to their limits. Obviously if you run around in a BatChat you can do all of these with no problem.

this was a very good video and usefull. ive always wondered why i could sometimes make the cross on Mannerheim and other times i would just fall into the water. never noticed there was a cave in abbey thats a really cool detail in the map. the el halluf is new for me thanks for showing that. the lakelville one was very interestin but when it comes to trees they are very finicky when knocking them down. the erlenberg one is the best had no idea that spot had a very good bush camo value

Nice info overall, thanks! On some climbs though you won't actually have the necessary time, since enemies will most likely come to you (seeing you by proxy spotting mainly) and either push you or shoot you.
Yeah I noticed that too. A lot of these are only useful after almost everyone is already dead and you can't be flanked.
the first only works if ur team wins the middle abby or its game over for u, the few others are just useless other than the mannerhein route which everyone knows about, oysterbay water route is also useless never is going to be used if it is its just a waste of time, erlenber rubble pile is just common sense like if u get spotted there its only 3 spots that can spot u and its not hard to figure it out, the pilsen and the ell halluf flanking is only useful depending how u play

You can clearly see he had just fired his gun. You likely don't understand how cammo in the game works or just didn't notice, but when you fire your gun, both your tanks cammo rating drops and the bush you are using within about 10 yards disappears. This is also how people fire at you reliably without getting spotted. You put two bushes further than 10 yards between you and the person who can spot you and fire, and the bushes keep their cammo rating rendering you invisible.
This video reminds me of climbing a mountain in World of Warcraft.
The last two pearl river climbs will be the most useful for me. I mean how many times did you wish to flank that line without driving around? Good Video

This is a good one. I thought the one on Outpost got changed before they released the map so you couldn't do that anymore. Chems said it did, anyway. Guess he was wrong.
By the way, I know you aren't a native English speaker, but the letter Z is pronounced "zee" sort of like "sea" but with a harsh Z sound. "Zed" is not correct.

Drive alone you mean training room? Next to the "battle" button there should be "random battle" game mode selector, clock that and you can.... Select game modes

You actually can flip yourself on that 3rd climb on mountain pass on the left hand side. I have managed to do so in my SU-130PM. Otherwise really useful ideas.

Great positions, but my question is: do you need octane etc to get up these positions? I never use those kind of consumables, and only food.
No, Octane isn't necessary. It just makes it easier for me to record since I was using tanks with less engine power.
(I also mark a lot of tanks with the Grousers / Octane combo, but that's out of personal preference too)

6:03 u can also swim to behind the tiny rock islands on K9, its hilarious and u can hide behind them
I'll be including that in Part 2, coming out in a couple days! There's a few things I didn't include in this one since they're much more situational and you'll rarely get to use them.
Rock islands are definitely fun seeing the enemy confused trying to figure out where you could possibly be. :)

At one time on mines if you spawn on the south you could climb the rocks located on the right and be just about the same level as tanks on the hill.
I loved all the old climbs in the game, sad WG patched so many of them out.
@@Scorpiany lol climbing next to the enemy base from South spawn on mines. xD
I miss that position. idk why WG got big mad over climbs when they pretty much supported them in Comp. Not like new players couldn't do most of the climbs anyways,
