The mineral rights investment is interesting. I've heard of it but never looked into it much, not much of a market for it in Iowa! Seems like a great real estate investment opportunity for certain regions.

I see there is a comment about having to be an accredited investor, so are the suggestions in this video and past videos only for accredited investors? I just assumed your suggestions were for the general population.
This real estate investing platform in particular is only for accredited investors but I'm doing another series of videos for all investors. The ideas and strategy in this video is still applicable to everyone though.
Accredited investor is someone with over $1 million net worth or $200K+ annual income. Sucks that the government puts these kinds of rules on people. Not like the rich are any better (smarter) at investing than the rest. I'm putting together some other real estate investing videos for non-accredited investors.

I like commercial storage but you're right, it is closely related to residential. Requires less management though.
