Hi, Gayle... Thank you for your comment. I'm delighted that you made these and that you were happy with them. And yes, they're not overly sweet, but rather just the right sweetness. That's why they're addictive! 😅 Thank you so much for sharing!
That's clever! I just like it a little thicker, so I pour off most of the oil and then stir it. I think this consistency "issue" will vary depending on the brand! I'm excited to share more with you. Thank you for following! RJ
They ARE! I have a devious sweet tooth (the root of ALL my carb-related issues! Hah) So finding the right recipe for something as simple as cookies was paramount to me! Like I said in the clip, I took a recipe of the internet and kept tweaking it, adding this and that, making it better than ever. It's my absolute GO TO now. And since it's such an easy recipe to create, I can whip up a batch of cookies faster than I could ever go to the store (to buy what??? bad food!) These are amazing and hit that sweet craving I have whenever I have it (daily?) :-) Thank you for commenting. I hope you make these and have great success with them!
I love watching your videos. You make me laugh with your comments of hello when the oven beeped or when the scoop bites. I always learn some practical tips in each of your videos. Thanks RJ
😂🤣 I think that's MOST of us! My stack got too big to manage, so I grabbed a notebook, my paper puncher, and some post-its (for makeshift tabs.) It didn't take long and I feel SO organized now. (Except I still have some recipes tucked into the folder flaps of the notebook. haha Time for an update!) Thanks for commenting!
Thanks for subscribing! I'm excited to share these fun recipes. And you have a great eye - these cookies are SO easy to make - and they're so good, I can't live without them! I especially love the white LILY'S chips; they taste like marshmallows in these cookies. Enjoy!
Hi, Peggy, Let me know how they turn out! I'm so excited to share this recipe with my channel... I think they are perfect! And yes, I can hardly ever eat just ONE! haha
I just found your video, and thoes cookies look amazing!! And I am going to get a scoop ! My son and I are diabetic and I love making keto diserts and I have to make these !! ❤
You'll love them! And the scoops? Wow - Like I said in the video, I don't know how I managed 50+ years without a scooper! I listed links for 2 scooper sets on Amazon - one has rubber handles! I might have to get those next. They are so handy, the first time I used the scoop to make meatballs, I could not believe how they expedited these kitchen tasks. Enjoy!
Start following the carnivore way of eating and you’ll be much healthier and won’t miss having sweet treats. If y’all are type 2, you could even reverse it!!
I don't go through peanut butter very fast and I am afraid draining the oil would dry the PB out to much. So, I turn the jar over to store it. I put the top of the Jar in a larger jar lid or saucer in case it leaks. keeps the PB in good shape.
That makes sense. Of course, 2 batches of these cookies would use up an entire jar. (16 oz = 2 cups and the recipe is 1 cup of peanut butter.) I just found the extra oil means you'll need to add more almond flour to soak it up. Again - it will depend on your personal preferences. Just make sure the dough is firm enough so the cookies can hold their shape. :-) Good luck!
I love the scoops. Only problem is you can’t get one for left handed people. I have to use right hand because the scooper part goes the wrong way if you use left hand. I broke a few trying
These scoops are ambidextrous! They don't have that little thumb handle. You just squeeze these together to work them - so they are really EASY PEASY! This set is a little higher end; it has rubber grips, which might help you even more: amzn.to/4eNdIjX , and this set of 3 is just $9.99: amzn.to/3A5BKHR I think you'll find either of these sets won't hurt your hand and you'll be able to use your left hand and go fast as lightning! Good luck!
Let me know how that works out! I used to eat a lot of Almond Butter (from Trader Joe's) until I found Crazy Richard's peanut butter. Isn't it wonderful that we have so many choices! Good luck with it. :-) RJ
@@Robin-f8w That's what I say! Seems a lot of recipes call for unsalted butter, and then have you add salt to the recipe. Like I said in the video, that seems ridiculous to me.So I just use the salted butter because that's usually what I buy as well. And I never add a lot of salt to any of my sweet recipes. That being said, you DO need some salt to make the baking soda work. 😁

Food items being “divinely addictive” is what got most of us in the overweight, unhealthy predicaments we are or were in, so not sure that’s the best way to describe this recipe. Don’t know why this came up in my feed, but after many years following low carb/keto and eating too many of the treats, I finally found the carnivore way of eating and finally got the sweetness addiction off my back.
