M preparing since 2016. Have not heard of such advise to write intro in the end. Its the best advise so far. Generally I don't watch strategy lecs. But m skipping my reading for this wonderful session.
Agree with your diagram and Intro point sir. Thank you for the unique perspective in Essay structuring, have always struggled in that. I will try to apply this and see if it works for me.

Personal Views:
1. Intro: Sir intro pre plan karke bhi chale jae tab bhi bhul jate h.. Lekin ye strategy jo apne batai badi kaam aegi.
2. Do no mishit: Ye sir prelims mains dono me ho jata h. Itna focus kese create kare k ye chez paper k time avoid ho sake? Regular 6-8 hrs padne se bhi shayad nai ho pata.
3. Regular Brainstorming: Esi hi strategy apne optional k lie batai thi jisko sun k bilkul dar khatam ho gaya tha answer form karne ka. Sabse badi chez ye k apne uske continuation me hi us strategy ko expand kia, dusre educators ki tarah nai k har video me new chez hi batani shuru kar di.
Point 3 to har kisi ko follow karna chahy dhang se.
4. Master Essay: Mene sir 2 logo ki strategy follow kari for essay (Mudit Jain & Ravi Kapoor) jo mujhe with confidence lag raha h k ye me different essays me use kar sakta h. Uske baad ap is video k leke aur game hi change kar di. Agar is saal ka mains likne ki opportunity ai to me definitely apki strategy se prepare karna chahunga.
5. Essay Structure: Same thoughts as point 4
6. Diagrams, flowcharts: Sir me to simple answer likhne me vishwas rakhta hu. agar question dhang se samaj aya to vese bhi answer me reflect ho jaega varna to kesi bhi kalamkari number nai dilaegi.
7. Test Series: Sir test series se better hum sare PYQs k answers hi na likh le jo apne 9 notebooks batai h usme? (along with brain-storming)
8. All 20 Questions: Sir is chez pe me abhi bhi skeptical hu. I believe himmat karke 20 attempt to karne hi chahy. Kyuki govt colleges k papers me bhi mene ye chez experiment karek dekhi thi and vaha work kari thi aur marks better hue the. I know checking bhi same hi pattern pe hoti h.
9. Starting Answer Writing: Same as point 7, alag copy bana k pyq k answers hi likh le?
10. Optional Paper 2: Isme I believe agar answer majorly question Optional k nazariye se address kar de aur bas ek element C.A. ka rakhe har question me to acha score ban sakta h.

I agree with all the points mentioned in the video. Though just 1 clarification is required regarding writing complete paper or say all 20 questions. Will it not be prudent decision to answer 1-2 questions diagrammatically with that circle or flow chart kinda diagram if I know the answer but there are hardly 2-3 minutes left in the completion of exam?
It will be better only if you know the answer to all the questions. If you don't know anything about the question, better to leave it.

i personally dnt believe in writing introductions, making diagrams and flow charts every now and then.
i used to think ki upsc ne aisa kaha hi nhi hai, simply question mein jo poocha hai use address karo nd you are good to go.
points will also suffice, if diagrams comes naturally to you or you have practiced that way then definitely go with that.
