    The notion of a flawless marriage or relationship is a myth. There's no set formula for success; what works for one couple may not work for another. Yet, I've discovered that there's always a way forward, even in the most challenging times. Five years ago, my wife and I encountered significant hurdles in our marriage that nearly led to divorce. Despite the adversity, we managed to weather the storm and emerge from it with our bond renewed and revitalised

      Women, it is not for you to decide! You decide, who you procreate with. That may or may not correlate to "alphaness". But that concept of "alpha, beta, etc." is, how MEN structure their hierarchies. And yes, these hierarchies exist and they are WAY MORE complex than in nature. So there is no typical "alpha", there are roles in hierarchies, often overlapping.

    One night I was driving my 17 year old son home from work, and somehow the discussion turned to the subject of manhood and 'what it means to be a real man.' I told him that it may be that the measure of a 'real man' is a man who does NOT let any other man (or woman) tell him what it means to be a 'real man.'
    We all have to define it for ourselves. To me, that is the mark of true manhood.

    When we were hiking near Aktse, a dad, two boys (11 and 13) and me (a mum), we met two real Alpha-uncles, hiking, too, and at a mountain-top with splendid view over Sarek, they approached, provided a little speech of apprecation for the stamina of the boys, and presented them with each a small chocolate-bar, which the uncles had carried and saved for miles and miles, days and days. We'd never met them before or after, they walked southwards and we northwards. These gifts were very precious, and made the boys very proud. A brief surprising encounter, truly unforgettable, a memory to enjoy still now when they have kids of their own. Hope this can inspire some adult men to casually say an encouraging word to kids, no strings attached, as even a acknowledging nod can mean so much! Fantastic video. I am glad someone finally pointed out the stupidity of this "alpha" nonsense. Firstly, perhaps some people are "born leaders" and others are "born followers", but by definition that will not change, no matter how many courses and videos one watches. It is statistically impossible for everyone to be an alpha, and furthermore, the alpha is nothing without the betas. Without them, he would be lost and depressed, something you see with old ex alphas in the monkey species. There's also the sigma type, which goes his own ways and need neither alpha, nor beta. Secondly, is there anything more pathetic than some average in every way guy pretending to be "alpha"?!? Everyone knows he is putting on a show and laughing at him. And then you have all the channels saying that you should not pay any attention to women and go your own ways, yet 99% of their content is about how to attract women. Strange.

    “In reading The History of Nations, we find that, like individuals, they have their whims and their peculiarities, their seasons of excitement and recklessness, when they care not what they do. We find that whole communities suddenly fix their minds upon one object and go mad in its pursuit; that millions of people become simultaneously impressed with one delusion, and run after it, till their attention is caught by some new folly more captivating than the first.”

    The term "alpha male" is problematic because it promotes toxic masculinity, valuing dominance over empathy and emotional intelligence. Real masculinity is about strength, leadership, and providing for others, while also embracing healthy confidence, kindness, and respect. True masculinity values women as equals, supporting and uplifting them with compassion, emotional awareness, and accountability, rather than seeking control.

    • @Billy-the-Kid
      @Billy-the-Kid Місяць тому +17

      Nope. It doesn't promote 'toxic' masculinity, etc. the things you say. Then you explain what masculinity is in your FEMALE view, also wrong. Only other men are able to understand what masculinity is.

      @@Billy-the-Kid In my opinion, masculinity isn’t exclusive to men’s interpretation, just like femininity isn’t exclusive to women. Strength, leadership, and accountability aren’t gendered traits. Dismissing my view because I’m a woman only reinforces the issue of limiting masculinity to outdated ideas. True masculinity is also about embracing qualities like empathy, confidence, and respect, regardless of who’s defining them.

      In the animal kingdom, the one in the back is the one that gets attacked, killed and eaten by a rival group. This is true for Chimps to Lions to Wildebeest. You don't ever want to be in the back or just a tad bit slower than the rest. He gets left behind. Perhaps the biggest difference between animals and humans? That dependability, compassion and loyalty you're describing very often (or always?) doesn't exist in nature. There's only the group. And if you are behind, you're f*cked.

    In this age of hostility toward men and the mass failure of men in western society (roughly only 1/3 off college graduates), I can’t condemn the alpha male movement. Young men want to find their authentic selves in a society that condemns masculinity. I think messages that reinforce robust masculinity and allows men to be men has a lot of positive to it.
    I’m no Tate acolyte, but when feminists say men will improve if they are more feminine and Tate advises that the solution to much of the male crisis is cultivating masculine excellence, I’ll take Tate every time, though acknowledging his next sentence will probably be something ludicrous.

    The Alpha male (dominate male) does exist. It is real.
    You are correct in dismantling the false image that is out there now. An Alpha is actually humble, wise, trusting, and will be a capable leader.
    Andrew Tate is a master manipulator, not an Alpha. A true Alpha does not need to manipulate… he doesn’t have to.
    A true Alpha, is honorable in every way and will treat even the weak, with respect.

      If we have to assign these hierarchical roles, I'd say the "alpha" is the man with natural charisma and charm, he doesn't need to flaunt his materialistic value to attract people. These "alpha" influencers are nothing but wolves manipulating the weak-minded sheep to spread their toxic mindset. Unfortunately, my generation is full of people who are way too easy to manipulate.

I recognized wrong in the feminist movement when I was a young girl. It didnt make sense to me at all. More recently, I thought it was such a blessing for men to be speaking up, unafraid of acknowledging our diffences and how we complement each other. It was sad to find that much of it is all too similar to the feminist movement.
