    Well said and love the intro at 0:03 ! That's interesting about the aluminum wire not being able to carry the same Amp load as the copper .
    We are getting new rural power poles and lines now and the cable looks like 1/2 inch 6 strand aluminum verses the old 1/4 inch copper 3 strand installed in 1949 . I'm truly amazed how long the copper and old school treated pole's lasted !

      Thanks for the comments. The aluminum wires are a pain. There is the scene of that tangle of green wires which are all aluminum. Two of those wires shorted and melted out of the cannon plug. The system is fused but the wires didn't have the capacity of the fuse. I appreciate you watching the video. John

      @@repairsecrets That's a bummer ! I see it at 1:15 .
      Has almost as many wires as the WABCO C-Pull but they were all copper . Amazing how long the copper wire & insulation lasted back then .
      Many times I scratch my head thinking " Are we moving forward or backwards " with equipment engineering ?
      LOL !
