Holy moly! 20k is insane yall. This video alone has more views than the other vids combined. I'm bamboozled. I'm utterly flabbergasted. 🤯 God bless everyone! 🙌❤
I honestly think slower, ominous battle music like this fits Xeroc and would be a nice change of pace from the other late-game bullet hells. If this theme (or something like it) ended up canon, I think the fight could look something like this: Phase 1 (Omnipresence): Xeroc doesn't appear physically, only revealing themselves through the primordial light eye in the background like they do during the boss rush. They monologue for a bit before throwing the player into a slow-moving bullet hell, continuing to say things periodically. Phase 2 (Divine Omen): Upon surviving phase one, Xeroc appears and can now be damaged by the player. Their movements are slow and calm, but attacks are much faster than phase one. Xeroc shows more of what they're capable of now that the player has proven they can handle it. Phase 3 (Ascension): Once Xeroc's HP drops low enough, they enter a heightened state of aggression, though it's more excitement than anger since it's been some time since they've been challenged. Their attack patterns become even more rapid and unpredictable, and Xeroc now outmaneuvers the player. Defeating Xeroc doesn't end with killing them, as they'd stop all attacks once their HP reached a critical low. I imagine they'd congratulate you on your victory and drop their loot similar to Nameless Diety or Calamitas. Because they don't die, any rematch would technically be canon and would go faster since they wouldn't stop to monologue like they did the first time.
This is almost exactly how i imagined the fight to go if this song was in-game. And since there's gonna be 2 more themes for Xeroc coming soon, here's what I think the whole Xeroc Fight would be like: Xeroc will be testing you throughout the game. At first you will be tested after you defeat the Moon Lord with First of Gods playing which is where Xeroc would give a monologue and then proceed with the test. Then after Calamitas, Yharon and Draedon the second phase would be unlocked, giving you a harder test with a new song to it. This could probably also be unlockable after defeating Noxus which would probably replace the Nameless Deity fight. Then for the final one, it would be where Xeroc fully reveals himself and you're actually able to kill him off the story. This fight would take place before Yharim. Now ofc if you replay each of the phases they would skip straight to the fight and they'd become harder and harder, probably giving you extra loot.
So after I uploaded I celebrated a little when Mr beast dethroned T-Series, and the video was kinda impure, it was an unfinished hamburger, just the buns. I had to make a lot of editind to fix some things and add the channel icon in the end of the video. This is my first time making an actual calamity soundtrack so clearly you'd expect a shit load of flaws in it. But on top of all I'm proud that I made this, a nice Jumpstart to my yt career. :)
The beginning is very good, showing the calmness of the monk but also the sheer grandeur of his power once ascended. Maybe you should do a song for him ascending, what would it sound like when you take the soul of something more knowledgeable than you
It's hiiiiim. The moooooth. Well, used to be a moth; as far as I can tell that was dropped. Actually, while I'm on this wavelength of brainrot. Little fun fact about the Nameless Deity from Wrath of the Gods, I'm convinced that the presence of an atlas moth in its "true face" is a subtle nod to when Xeroc was a creator-god with mothy features. I could be wrong though, it's just speculation that I want to believe in because it would be such a genius reference IF it's true.
Oh my god the beginning is so beautiful, it reminded me of those classic anime fantasy Series/movies back from the 80s or 90s or maybe even from the game that i use to play called evertale like one of those pixelated 8 bit Jrpg's truly breathtaking.
honestly this music gives me the vibes of encountering Xeroc in the Dragon Aerie, perhaps in the same spot you will encounter Yharim, or at the grave of the dragon the First God once slayed to gain his power in the first place he mourns that moment as a mistake of many that happened tens of thousands of years ago, instigating the genocide of the Dragons, and eventually, the botched sacrifice of Yharim that led to so many more losing their loves, a lust for power, to be something more, led to Xeroc losing all of what made him what he was, realising that he, truly, is no different from the Godseeker, yet even more of a coward as he never intended for this to happen, one moment of selfishness led to the erasure of the creatures that protected Terraria, he had the power to stop it once it truly got out of hand, but he never did, he just sat back and watched, unlike Yharim, he was never manipulated by higher powers, he made this choice of his own volition so he decides to challenge the Terrarian, both as a test and a battle to the death, a test to show the protagonist's skills that they've amassed along their journey, to see if this world will be in good hands once their journey is over, and a battle to the death to put Xeroc out of his misery
I might make a second version of this song and its other two future parts once im done with all 3 of em and get to make an entire video combining them all.
Thanks, also now that you mention it I think Tale of a Cruel world would be a great addition to the later themes. It might definitely appear on the final theme as a way to give the final theme a sense that the fight is coming to an end.
i hope calamity starts to add endurance bosses that utilize the world and multiple unique effects. im not talking immunity phases and so on, im saying immunity to effects and a health bar of a true god. but also with attacks that challenge your skill to dodge, but dont outright kill you in a few hits, but in many. maybe as a show of weakness from the gods old ways, but really as a means to ease up on the bullet hell, which switching the extreams from "dodge like crazy for 10 minutes" to "keep dodging for an 30m-1hr and dont die".

Sounds like he wouldn't be a boss, but rather an NPC you could just interact with in their own subworld. Most likely some endgame NPC that tells lore.
That would be so cool, and it would be nice tho if u can just challenge it if u dare to do so
probably what yharim is gonna be but with the above comments idea too
yharims confirmed to be dying in our fight
Also xeroc will survive our fight due to being strong so this is possible while being npc
@@kenziebalhatchet is that confirmed for Xeroc tho ?
@@Me-jt8lf yeah iirc
This music (especially the start) makes me think that the pressure from the sheer presence of xeroc makes the air feel like it's underwater

Can't wait until 5281 to see the boss fight
I always liked these calmer takes on a Xeroc Theme. This theme especially I feel sells how distant a godly being would seem with the bells.

good job, but i think adding a synth with a melody in the ending of "divine omen" would be better

@themultieye876 alr. Also what instruments did you use for the tale of a cruel world section at the end of the video
