Shilpa keep following the exercise routine you have been following so far if by any chance you can’t atleast walk , eat healthy, avoid high carbs, eat natural sugar fruits etc and you’ll be fine. Best of luck for next test.

@Shilpa - Congrats ! Looks like you are having great fun....Enjoy ! Just one thing you must pay attention to - hardest for most first time mums - is feeding the baby. Getting the baby to latch and feed. Seems quite easy - but most women are unsuccessful and then eventually give up and give their baby formula. Try to avoid formula and about 1 month before the baby, start eating foods that will help you to lactate properly, get a good breast pump which you should take to the hospital and get plenty of sleep. Also try and feed your baby as long as possible - upto 3 years but its upto you and how your body responds. Good Luck
