For safety's sake I would remove the High Voltage Fuse when using the Rottendog. They run on of a lot lower voltage than the original because they are LED and not Neon. You don't want a risk of any kind of short going to that LED board.
That certainly wouldnt hurt to remove the fuse for the +100v, -100v section of the power supply but there is no danger to the new display board because the high voltage inputs are completely terminated.
