- In this video I take my Rat works tuned HW100 into the field for some pest control. It puts pellet on pellet but at the start of the day just not in the right place. After a quick zero I get out and start denting the pest populations on the estate.

Good shooting as always. It's fun watching you guys shoot sub 12 guns and get a head shot without the feather explosion we get here. My least powerful gun is running around 34 fpe so you have lots of feathers flying but we also take longer shots at times and on bigger animals. Nothing like seeing a 15 pound groundhog walk out and give you a shot. Looking forward to your next video.

Thank you for posting your videos. They are always a great watch, and your attention to accurate, humane shots is great and well done.
Your Weihrauch HW100 sub 12ftlb looks a great, accurate performing air rifle.
The shot count on these air rifles when they are sold, I understand to be around fifty shots per air fill, which I'd politely say, with respect, isn't the greatest.
You say your air rifle now is Rat Works tuned, and now produces one hundred and twenty shots per fill, a much more comfortable amount and nearly three times the original amount. That, as a less experienced airgunner than you, is the difference in going on an outing, knowing you won't require your air tank.
If this air rifle is capable of this shot count, then why doesn't it come out of the factory like that?
Would it be because there is more air pressure placed on the internal parts, and Weihrauch dont like that idea?
Say they were racing cars. The untuned HW100, capable of 200 mph, though never goes above 115mph.
The tuned version is also capable of 200mph but races everywhere at 250mph, all the time, placing massive pressure on the internals.
If this is the case, then that would explain why Weihrauch have the rifle with a lower shot count and I would be happy to go with Weihrauch and stomach the lower shot count even though I'd really prefer more shots.
The shot count on any air rifle I would humbly say is decisive and integral in many people for the air rifle they eventually choose, and many similar air rifles have larger shot counts with larger air cylinders.
I'm a big believer in the saying. If it isn't broken, it doesn't need fixing.
I also wouldn't be in a rush to alter something German built given their undoubted engineering excellence. Though with great respect to Rat Works tuning, too.

Haha always one. You don’t need to zero a rifle every time you go out mate, I only zero a gun when I can see it’s gone off or I change something like scope, mounts, silencer or pellet and that’s the way it’s gonna stay 😂

@@captaing5166 no i will admit i don't know exactly every thing iv fitted a Robert Lane regulator to my s510, through a 10 shot clip had achieved 1 fps between shots and only makes one hole in the target it stacks pellets.
