It is a beautiful thing when you nail it.

All videos of jibeing and duckjibeing dont tell you the most important thing. When to flip the sail. The single most important information. Anyone knows to get out the harness and turn. But the jibe goes wrong when the sail isnt fliped at the right time. Gotta make it cleer to beginers. Ex: If wind is blowing from 12 o clock flip the sail at (X) o clock.

The right moment when to flip the sail in a jibe is when it starts to feel lighter.
This doesn't depend on the "o'clock position". It varies depending how much speed you take into the jibe....
And don't worry too much about your "o'clock position" because your feeling about this position in action on the water may strongly be different to how it really is.
Another advice: Don't look only forward but "ahead". From sport science we know that the head is a key steering element: The direction the head turns to, the body follows. So, not only watch the water in front of the nose of your board, but where it will be in a few split seconds.. -> Try to look in the direction where you want to go (turn your head!). You could even try to look for your own wake - where you came from.

jpaustraliacom lm not a too bad jiber but. thanks for the advice. And reply. Shows what a dedicated company you are. And thanks for makeing awsome boards ( super sport ). My 2 cents: best SS were the 2015 models. Longer and narrower than this years. Great in chop and in jumps too compared to wider and shorter ones. Extremley fast with a NP EXO X On it aswell 😂
