- ► Servicing your vehicle's engine oil is an essential part of maintaining your Mercedes W204 chassis vehicle. If your car is past its recommended oil change interval, our Mercedes catalog manager Kyle Bascombe is here to walk you through the steps needed to get the job done.
If you pop the hood on your Mercedes, you may notice that LIQUI MOLY isn't listed in the approved oils. But, have no fear, as LIQUI MOLY meets all the necessary approvals from Mercedes Benz, while also being a company-wide recommendation from FCP Euro (we use it in our race cars, for example) along with Mr. Bascombe himself (it goes in his personal fleet).
From draining the oil, to changing the filter, to putting the new oil in, and finally resetting your service indicator, it's all included in this DIY video.

You tell us to "Hold Down These Two Buttons" to do the service reset but I have no idea which two buttons you're talking about. Please be more descriptive in your instructions. We all don't know the procedure. That's why we are watching the video.

🤪 I was just changing high pressure fuel pump and couldn’t-get to the screws-the filter cup was in my way but on mine it says”TURBO” so I didn’t want mess with it 🌰🌰🐿 after 5 h struggling I changed the water pump .. than was looking where is oil filter could not find it so I checked out UA-cam and saw this video 😂😅 I wish I saw this earlier it would save me at least 3 h but the onetime clamp on the pump was nightmare too .. oh well saved $1500 cannot complaints too much 💰👍 good video thanks !!

I have a 2016 CLA 250 do I need one of those scan tools to reset the oil life or just to service the vehicle.
A question what kind of oil do you recommend for opel engines from 2006 onwards ?
if your talking about what torque the oil filter should be why didnt you torque it up?

I have c250 2012 and there’s no history if the transmission oil has been changed before and now the mileage is 112k km should I change or no ?!
The recommended interval for transmission oil change is 5 years or 125k km. It takes 9 liters of fluid, specification 236.15. The color of the oil is blue.

I Surely Change My Oil Every 5K Miles. I Dont Buy into that every 10K Miles, Thats why its Every 365Day/Yearly, Thats a Long Time in Between Oil Change. That Major BS, that's how you Screw your Engine Up. But I've been Looking for how to Set the Oil Change interval To Notify My Every 5K Miles and All I See is this B Service Reset, I Was Hoping you Talk about it here or at Least Show how to set the Oil Change interval, But Im not seeing anything Related to Oil Change interval... ??? 🤔😮🤔😯😮🤔
