To remove anybody from the Line of Succession you need the acts of all parliaments of all 15 Commonwealth Realms. Just imagine the global commotion and how M&H will revel in it.
That cannot be done, Prince Harry is the only one who can do that legally, if he like his Uncle did and swore to not take his place in the line of succession. The line of succession is set in stone for a very good reason. It stopes anyone from causing a civil war as it has been don in the past. King Henry VIII could not remove Elizabeth I and his eldest Daughter tried to do just that but she backdown when Parliament informed her that she could NOT over ride the line of succession. If she had, had her own children they would have been in line but she had no children and was forced to release Elizabeth from the Tower of London for that very reason. The country would have been dragged into a civil war if she had done so.
Even the public of UK know better than to demand that to be done to Harry. No matter how much they hate him the line of succession is to ensure there will never be another civil war caused by the legality of the line of succession to the throne.

I followed the rift between the brothers looking for answers because I really wanted to get back with my sister. It was listening to the Micheal Stahan interview with Harry that gave me my answer. In the book Spare Harry said William apologized for his behavior with the broken dog dish. I also apologized to my sister it is the fact she couldn’t apologize to me like Harry couldn’t apologize to William that I realized their was no compromise they both Harry & my sister had to win. Charles had nothing in particular to apologize to H and M for. Catherine and William certainly don’t have anything to apologize to H and M first. However, H and M do have a whole hell of a lot to apologize to all of them for. The list is so long now that I’m not sure we could even list it all. But no one really wants to hear an apology from H and M bc they won’t mean it. Nit a sincere or honest bone in either one of them. I am surprised Robert Hardman, that in this watering down, you describe and present King Charles’s feelings in pale rendering. He must feel conflicted emotions in far greater depth than only being busy with his role. We all have endured many trials and stresses and pain or grief in life, while needing to function well and healthfully in our daily tasks and careers. To simply say that King Charles’s strong faith and love for his son (both strengthening) is the extent of his suffering seems inadequate. The terrible things Harry and Meghan have uttered to the world about the family members and the monarchy is not just like spat at Thanksgiving. This is not about a feud, it is a horrible and unnecessary series of destructive and hurtful slander against the Queen, the Princess of Wales, the Prince of Wales, and Britain.
