This is not real Hater%… 1. You are using bug which take you Expert before you beating Regular. 2. Everyone can make this with restarts. When you get damaged, you need to restart all run.
Seeing as TMR is the guy who made hater% I'd argue he knows what the rules for the category are pretty well. 1) Having to first fight for the Expert would make the run unnecessarily long, using a feature the Devs left is completely ok imo. And saying "before beating the regular" is pretty misleading, since you need to open a game you've beaten to access it. 2) Go ahead and beat his record then if it's so easy. If enough people run this I'm sure at some point the record could be hitless without restarting, but I don't see that happening any time soon since it's already so punishing
