both consonant is = 4/12 not 10/12 because 10/12 has vowel + consonant..
both consonant is (L,M),(L,N),(G,M),(G,N)

Ymx+c last part is wrong the consonant part it should be 4/12 not 10/12

Yes i think so, becuz some of the sample included one vowel and one consonant so the probability of both consonant should not be 5/6
