    Where you are: You are FY2 in Upper GI Medical Ward.
    Who the patient is: Mr. Steven Ronald, a 62-year-old gentleman is admitted with complaints of nausea and multiple episodes of vomiting. He underwent upper GI endoscopy in the morning. You are called by the nurse as the patient is very unwell
    The other information about the patient: His past medical includes Ankylosing spondylitis, and GORD. His regular medications include:
    Naproxen 500mg BD
    Omeprazole 40mg OD
    What you must do: Your are FY2 in the department, please go to see the patient and manage him appropriately. At two minutes, present your patient to the examiner and discuss the management plan with him.
