I love how you lay out your pages so much!! Inspiring me to try worldbuilding a bit more traditionally instead of keeping everything in a digital document that I touch every 5 months 😭💖 Love the combination of your writing and your art! :] Very pretty and super cool! Keep up the amazing work!!
@@heirakka thank you so much!! I think it’s good to have your worldbuilding all in one place for the sake of keeping the information, but when it comes to all the visual things I find that it’s a lot more intuitive to sketch it out first. A lot of real world culture is based on what things look like, especially nature ect, think of common patterns within fabrics, Lyrics of songs ect, so knowing what something looks like often brings ideas on its own! Would love to hear more about your worldbuilding stuff btw!! 💖
This video was simply wonderful Your worldbuilding and lore reminds me quite a bit of my own, in some ways, and seeing you dedicate essentially an entire sketchbook to nourishing this world is really motivating me, as someone who just started a lore-only sketchbook and felt a bit daunted rn by it Your art is lovely 🤩 I was a little surprised when the video ended and it DID NOT feel like an hour had gone by so quickly, I was apparently enamored enough with your work to forget the concept of time existed 🤣
@@a.minor.case.of.mass.hysteria omg this is such a nice thing to say I’m gonna cry 🥺💖💖 I’m glad I was able to motivate you, and trust once you start getting into it, the puzzle pieces fall into place by themselves, at least in terms of worldbuilding💖
I wasn’t able to finish it because I’m on my lunch break. But what I did watch was very good. I enjoyed listening to you talk about your characters and world. You also draw very beautifully. 😊💖
Leuchtturm actually makes sketchbooks as well! I have one and I really like it, it’s got pretty thick paper and is great for mix media! I would suggest it if you’re looking for another sketchbook :) also, I love your art
@@shiro7007 I take my sketchbook pretty much anywhere, even now when I’m sitting in the airplane, I have it with me. Once you start realizing that sketching is an active option for you to pass time, you start doing it more
It's the same when I started to build the habit of reading on the way to work. Now I can't go without a book lolololol. But I got better at drawing more regularly so I am happy for now. Anyways love your art, I hope you get accepted, fingers crossed

@@zoelikesfrogs I love doing it at home but I don't. Like taking them outside... Maybe I just need to try harder next year lololol
@ it takes a while to get used to, it’s just like any other habit. I suggest trying it for a month and then reflecting on it it worked for you
