Like hearing talk about the purpose of and place for balls that hook early with less backend. Control can make or break scoring. I think there’s a good amount of people forget that big backend can get over under and have a negative effect. It’s super cool to watch for sure. It’s impressive when it works and when done accurately. However, there will always be a place for control equipment.
Big Bro hmmm break the cover off ❤❤❤ great video Charles its cool seeing you do these different ball review something less common that most other UA-camrs show. What have seen over the past is certain ball reviews definitely work much differently than another ball as far as ball layout you show it going really good then watch another guy toss it and much more different in every aspect worked well for you and much different with the or guy and vise verse on other balls so I figured out ball layout is so very import
I feel like everyone wants the ball to reach the point and them turn sideways. That kind of equipment has me way left too fast. Also, people need to see more of the whole swag line. They make a lot of asym balls. But there's several lower end peices that have no problem turning the corner
Currently throwing Swag Graffiti Artist, Swag Black Pearl Anchor and Lord Field Blizzard Shock and Meltdown. Also have the Swag Show Me the Money( blue and purple). California Bowling/ Lane Masters is putting out some good shit!
But didn't you say at the beginning of the video that you just hit the ion with surface Your don't think that that is going to make that ball read early right after you just scuffed it🤷🏻 I feel that your creating a bias towards the ion.
The ion was super lane shined at this point I have don’t several videos with it so if I didn’t touch it with any surface it could have been biased in the other direction.
The motion kinda reminds me of a lane-shined black widow 2.0 solid. Maybe a little smoother on the backend. Also it sounds like this one has the logo depth problem like the blizzard did.
The Swag Big Bro Assemble just needed a break-in period before you could see it shape down lane. I noticed more shape on the shot where you carried the 7-10 split. A major advantage Swag has over the bigger brands/brand families (Brunswick, Storm, and Motiv) is the ability to control the pocket. If you’re looking for a ball that won’t overhook every time, Swag nails that ball reaction down. I say this as someone who throws the Brands of Brunswick.
Ball is super smooth lol and I bet an IQ Tour or Phaze 2 could outhook that Big Bro Assembly. Then that’s sad that ball has a logo that you hear the ball rolling over every time it goes down lane
I don't think swag is a bad company, just horrible pricing. There strongest balls are mid strength at best, which is fine because we all need those. But they should not cost more than pro performance balls from other brands 😅 that's bonkers
@@garrettfussell1724 comparable in price, yes, but in terms of performance absolutely not. This thing is not an Ion nor a Pride in terms of performance. More like Venom, Phaze 2, Clone territory, but listed $40+ more for some reason.
The Big Bro Assemble is $10 cheaper than the Ion Max, but definitely more than something like a Black Widow. All the bowling balls are getting ridiculously overpriced.
Not knocking Swag’s company or nothing but plenty of people have told me about several different issues regarding their company. They charge wayyyyy more than other companies for balls that are more for light to medium lanes. Their stuff is super smooth and doesn’t really have any ball reaction unless you have friction and I’ve seen a guy with a video show me how the ball he was drilling the holes into starting sparking sadly. They don’t have different ball motions that JR Raymond and Ron Hickland Jr talked about before “Angular, Continous and Traction”. Their stuff is so smooth that the IQ Tour and Phaze 2 hook more than their new swag equipment. Plus they charge for shipping balls, all their balls are $120+ for people who they claim to be their staffers. It’s more like a distribution company NOT a staff company like the original Lane Masters, Lordfield and Legends. Just being honest not negative. The people in Korea are about money and want Swag to sell here in America to help them in Korea. They don’t care about Legends, Lordfield and Lane Masters here as much as they do in South Korea.
@Dongy_Kong I get surface, I have my own spinner and resurface for people I bowl with all the time. Just don't get why you call it weird. No need to talk bad about people who like things you don't
@@garrettfussell1724 if that were true you should be able to tell that a ball that looks like a snowball will hook earlier than swags fake surface ratings they do with the cheapest pads possible. but ill be able to tell when im bowling with someone throwing a swag ball since you can here the logos 20 lanes down🤷♂
Thank you for actually reviewing this ball line. I’ve been curious about them but no one mentions them
Man all these Swag balls you've been throwing look good. As good as other manufacturers you've tested. They hit hard that's for sure. Good stuff sir.

Couldn’t have said it better myself.
Don’t give me too much credit. You did say it yourself 😅. I’m just reiterating it.
Also I just get to add more comments and feed the algorithm for ya. 😂

The big bro gets better with some lane shine
Have the big bro jacked. It’s absolutely nasty. The more oil the more shape you get!

HAD MINE DRILLED YESTERDAY. 60X 4 1/2X 30. BALL REVIEW COMING SOON.

Love Swag have quite a few Ace and Archive Solid are my latest.
Thanks for the review!
I feel like if you moved your target further inside when moving to the left it would straighten the angle.
Swag is starting to become that underground sensation
Sound like the ball is rolling over the label
Remind me of hammer low flare vibe
Smooth!
Swag balls always be smooth

@@Samuel-xs2yv have you seen the cost of motiv recently? And the new ions are $200. I'd say they're pretty comparable

Ion max looks good.

weird how a ball that you can see the surface on hooks earlier than a fake 2500...is there a way to turn off swag ball notifications?
what does this even mean bro, genuinely, what did you even just say😂😂😂
So confused by this comment
wouldn't expect anyone who shills swag balls to understand surface😅

Over rated
🤷🏾♂️
Heard that most pro shops won't drill swag due to having a concrete core. Causes sparks and can ruin drill bits. 🤔
My pro shop doesn't complain. He's got 3 people that bring them in
😂
The cores are a different density for sure. Concrete no, but they do spark, when take a sander through them.
