Get a full panel std test . If there's nothing there. You may just have BV or Yeast infection. If it gets cured and then comes back eventually your bf may be cheating and thats why ur ph keeps getting thrown off cuz he is mixing ppls body fluids. Wish u the best girl . 💚

I was worried because I had it in overnight and I didn't have any discharge or anything and I could've still feel it and I thought I didn't push it in deep enough then when I tried it was already breaking down so I left it alone. And the second time was better I guess my body just doesn't discharge while using it for some reason. But I'm okay thanks for responding I was freaking out that next morning waking up lol 😂
I would say only when you feel you need it. Max a week of consistent use. I find them to be helpful directly after my menstrual cycle finished. Sometimes I'll use it only one time and I'm good. So it depends. But don't use them consistently every day for more than a week.
