After earning A's in my college English courses, I confidently started my first technical writing job with confidence and ready to rock. Ultimately, I was mentally deflated as my manager's feedback for my work was that it was dry and full of fluff. I had no idea what he meant or how. After all, I wrote the way I was taught. Thank you for posting your video. It is helpful and matters.
