Very excited for this. Would love even a little bit of snooker footage. There surely must be bigger tables for snooker because otherwise a table would really be too small. I really like how tournaments look to be in FX. In the original FX, they weren't like actual tournaments. But they will be in FX. But my main thing....snooker. Would be nice to see footage. And in the video, it was implied that there would be another developer walkthrough/diary but there hasn't been one. Hope there's an official announcement very soon.
Games like this can be some of the best online games BUT a big issue with games like this is they often allow too many multilayer customizable rule sets which in the end kills match making. This also results in most easily findable matches having settings that are super dummed down making the game pointless in taking serious.
Pool nation no because I was unable to find a match. But I have played many other spots games and most people wont change their settings, In fact most people don't have mics. And if they do change their settings for you and lose they only complain

Only thing that makes me being put off the game is, you can't tap the ball. The softest hit, I could thought that pretty hard for soft. Looks good apart from that.
I do not understand how broken games like this pass testing. The moment i boot it up, the menu is unresponsive and the music is skipping. The input lag is awful, textures pop in and out. I see why this is free for April 2015. Uninstalled this piece of shit. Do not bother with it!
Instead of those stupid extra's.Make it so that atleast you see the hand where the cue stick is resting on... That you see a person handling the que stick and much more! you know what? Make the game like you said it whas in your trailers!
I got pool nation in the steam sale and it rapidly became one of my all time favourite games, and cost the same as 2 games down the pub. I might be being a bit thick here, but if PNFX uses Unreal 4 does that mean it is going to be on PC?

This game doesn't look bad for free with Games for Gold. But if your buying a pool game, look at Pure Pool its a much better made game.

When I play the game I just ask them to turn off assists and they usually do.
