I mean, she did run against the world record holder at the time. Did pretty well. Elajjaz didn't have the record out of chance tho, he's a great speedrunner.
I can understand why you'd do it for practice or to show off a route, but I kinda wish they hadn't done it for a marathon. A lot of the fun in watching marathon/race play of games with rich worlds and gameplay systems like Dark Souls is watching how runners recover when things go wrong and they have to find other strategies to get through.
enobazh considering the entire run is based around the BKH drop, it’s kind of a pain to do without it, and none of their practice would’ve helped. Though I do see how it would be better for some other things in other runs.
if elajjaz was not a gentlemanly at all he would not have left out and been ahead at the kiln... but if he were a real gentleman he would have also waited for the time where she could not do anything due to game fps mess up as well
Run starts at- oh
the very beginning
A pleasant surprise
Definitely one of the more entertaining Dark Souls races I've seen.

самый милый спидран по ДСу в моей жизни😍
Ela and Sayvi have total chemistry :D
Ich grüße hier mal Gregor und Sia 😄
I feel for Elajjaz it happened to me plenty of times when the boss was at almost no health and I thought he died just to get oliberated.
what a gentleman.. purposely failing JUST ENOUGH .. to make it appear close... Hats off to you sir.
What is up with this push a button and spawn the BKH in thing?
It’s a one time random drop so they just spawn it in for marathon safety

It's Dark Souls, technical difficulties are kinda a feature, even in the remaster.
