200 grams of biscuits.
90 grams of butter.
Shape 20*15 cm with vinyl.
300 grams of cream cheese.
100 grams of powdered sugar.
200 ml cream 33%.
Beat until you get this texture.
We separate 5 tablespoons of mixture in a saucepan for boiling.
8 grams of agar agar.
50 ml cream 33%.
Cook, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Add to the mixture and mix well.
Store in the fridge while we prepare the fruit.

We separate 1/2 glass of syrup.
Cut the peach into thin strips.
300ml of water.
Add 1/2 glass of syrup.
Heat until it starts to boil.
8 grams of agar agar.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Allow the agar agar jelly to cool for 5 minutes before pouring into the mold.
Store in the fridge for 2 hours.

I have to compliment you not only for the recipe (baking is my passion since I was 12 !) but for the entire video from editing, music, well demonstrated steps (5 minutes 🥰) and elegant handling. I love it when men look after themselves with clean manicured nails ☺️ Question: in Australia I can easily obtain Castor sugar. Can I use it instead of Agar Agar ? I also thought Gelatine would be a good addition? Thanks 😊

@@katrin9980 Agar Agar ist Algen gemacht. Es geliert ähnlich wie Gelatine, allerdings muss man es 2 Minuten in etwas Flüssigkeit kochen. Das macht die Verarbeitung bei Sahne z. B. schwierig.
Agar Agar bekommt man inzwischen im Supermarkt (z. B. Argatine), steht neben der Gelatine.
