The 4k in 24 fps is something I did not know about to make the movements look cleaner. All of the tips were great! thanks. I'm just starting to use my phone for recording dance videos with keeping important factors in mind when shooting. Makes a huge difference in the outcome of the content.
Another tip is to invest $30 or so into a wide angle lens. Makes a huge difference if you don't have a giant space to play with, but still want your phone to capture your whole body.

I literally filmed a dance cover video that looked good on the phone but when I played it on my iMac it was BLURRY. It wasn't something that I could just refilm so I'm so mad I didn't find this video before I filmed the dance video...

I wanna take video with the music on.. on the same phone .... How am I supposed to do that ? The music stops as soon as video starts recording.
