Good Day. Thank you for your comment. My feeling is most batteries in EV's are a product of china. The rust is hectic I must say. I had a Volvo XC40 for 1 year and I did not see any rust or parts that needed replacement.

Hello and thank you for the specific topic of car batteries. As far as I know the Volvo EX30. The ZEEKR X and the Smart are manufactured with the same parts including CALT Global batteries. Did you research the batteries of the other two models for comparisons between them. Thanks

Can you confirm, are you saying that the ex30 battery is replaceable? Would be great if that's the case. Test rode it on Friday, amazing car just concerned about longevity of battery

Out of warranty you can do whatever you feel like with your battery all electric cars modules have a general cell design. Normally you can purchase the cell individually.

electric problem ?
i have a 2022 electric Volvo all parts broke one after other, i change the battery under warranty MADE IN CHINA , the electric motor is noisy back order from China, leak water inside like a pool, underneath is full rusted
