What a fantastic interview!
Simon is my favourite drummer...looks amazing for 71
Wonderful man great interview that song Maria was utterly beautiful
Simon is a wonderful talent as well as a person. I had the privilage of meeting and playing with him at one of May Pang's Memorial Day parties. His wife Maria is just as wonderful.
Our band has covered loads of Free & Bad Company (we still do both) Learned them in the 70s - Learned 'Love you so it's a' lovely song .
Wonderful interview! Simon looks great, another wonderful “proper Englishmen”❣️ and then you played & sang my fav Free song♥️
Wonderful interview- and he played a song from my favourite Free album, Highway! From the same album, check out that follow-up single to All RIght Now, The Stealer (extended Koss version if you can). Also check out the album Kossoff, Kirke, Testu and Rabbit for lots of Kirke compositions and singing. I was lucky enough to see the original Free live in Glasgow in 1972. By all accounts, past their best because of Koss's drug problems, but still the best gig I ever saw! Also saw Bad Company several times, including one very memorable gig in Newcastle. Looking great fro 71, Si.
Great and thoughtful interview.
Great interview
Saw Robert Hart singing with another Band - Brilliant
Thank you Harry and Simon. Nice to see that cool man who has no regrets in fine physical and mental shape.
Everything Simon say about bands is correct 😆
Did Simon say he rehearsed with Lone Rider via ZOOM - I'm in a band we are really anxious to rehearse - how did Simon overcome latency?
💖💞💕💓❤💗💟
I used to listen to Radio Luxembourg too
