@@jovan_spasovic Hi, great project looks fantastic. My dad is planing something similar but the cover foil is expensive do you have a recommendation or some plans? Greetings from Germany
@@MrTonkajoe We are in the process of switching to plexiglas, being a cheap and nice alternative to real glass which can be hassle and quite expensive and dangerous. I am not sure if this product is available in Germany, but I doubt that it isn't :) Good luck!

I built a dome-like this, the same frequency at five eights in size back in 1976 out of steel tubes, color-coded out of half-inch steel tubing. For your information, if you hang a plastic-type dish inside the dome with a little water in it suspended from the ceiling your dome will cool down, a natural air-conditioning but it must be 5/8 frequency or more to accomplish this. You did an excellent job.
nice job. congratulations .. do you have a chance to share technical information so that we can do it? Information such as cutting dimensions, angles of parts ..
I have already provided the link in the description. I don't have time to individually answer every single comment asking for dimensions. Go to the website I provided. It dynamically changes dimensions after your wishes.
Exactly, I been wondering what are the angled cut degrees to make geodesic dome. I want to check my deductive reasoning solution, that is if a 3/8 or 5/8 dome or 3/8 of a 360° circle then divide the desired radius by layers. Let's say if 220°/10 layers = 22° so an 11° angle cut on both ends each layer. One may have to do a one dimensional layout to get the arch layer number and length of each cut before the math. I seen a dome built using straight linear layers in a Canadian university dome strength test, a video in Utube. I ripped that for the reference.
