They're the same as the previous 50 Macaron set with an extra 22 colors added but they are a different series of pencils than the other sets of Kalour pencils.
I ordered the same Brutfuner 80 set and like them well enough. Also found the 300 Kalour set on Temu which I also like (and came packaged super well). Fun tip (if you haven’t mentioned it) is for 30 days after ordering you can go back and get price adjustments on the items you ordered in the form of store credit! I also am wondering if the Kalour macaron set is included in the 300 set, if not they are gonna be the next ones I get.
Thanks for reminding me about the price adjustment! I meant to mention it and forgot. lol The Macarons are a different series of pencils than any other Kalour set.
Do the Kalour 72 set macaroni. I reuse those bags too, lol 😂 I think the Brutfuner 80 is the neon/pastel set. Using soft pastel pencils require a special paper and it feels like sandpaper, I could never get used to that so I gave my set away
They're might be some similar colors, but the Macarons are a different series of pencils with different names and numbers. They are the same colors as the Brutfuner Macarons though.
As a Temu affiliate, are you concerned about the issues circulating about Temu? I don’t know if you’ve heard but the reason Temu is so cheap is because the company supposedly has tracked Temu app users’ personal and financial data & their other company (the Chinese version of Temu) is under investigation for stealing personal data, identities, attaching spyware to your system and changing your devices’ settings. I don’t know if this is all true but I am not risking it just to save some money on an order. I’d be interested in your perspective.
I've got a Temu Finds playlist so I've probably talked about this issue somewhere along the line over the past year. Short answer is I've never had any issues. People give the same permissions to apps like FB and Amzn all the time with no concern and they do basically the same things with your personal info.
Crystal, Yes, it’s true that social media companies like FB, Twitter (X), Tik Tok, and Instagram as well as shopping sites like Temu, AliExpress and Amazon have all been implemented in personal data breaches. It’s clear that Amazon is tracking our searches and spending patterns because they seem to promote the exact items you don’t have and don’t need until you see the listing. Among other data breaches, FB shared their users’ data with Cambridge Analytical which was used to create voter profiles to influence the 2016 presidential election. Breached data was also involved in swaying Britain’s Brexit vote. I think Temu goes beyond what these other companies are doing. Their prices are ridiculously low, they don’t charge for shipping, they obviously sell stolen artwork, and you never see less than 4.5 star reviews. Are they using unpaid child labor? Or is the entire purpose something even more nefarious? I’m not sure what American owns Temu? And how the nationality of the founder makes a difference? Temu was launched in 2022/2023 and is operated by parent company PDD Holdings. PDD Holdings, was started in Shanghai in 2015 and was originally called Pinduoduo. Colin Huang, who is from China and worked at Google for a year, founded Pinduoduo but is no longer the CEO or involved in the company. But he’s now a multi-billionaire at 35. The current board of directors are Chinese. PDD has a known history of stealing personal financial information. Temu has only been around for a year yet the number of frequent huge Temu hauls is frightening. You’re not the only one by a long shot. Tik Tok promotes cheap, dispensable products and soon every artist is buying those silly brush cleaners (that don’t work and just contribute to our landfills). You may think you’re taking precautions by using the website, (rather than the app), using PayPal (rather than a credit card directly) and using antivirus software, but all those things can be thwarted. You have posted 29 Temu videos in the past year and don’t seem to warn your viewers to take the same precautions you do. AND you promote the Temu app in your description box. I’m afraid we will all drown in orange plastic at this rate.
Hello I would like to see the Kalour set first. I wonder if they are the same pencils in the other Kalour set. Thank you for sharing. Happy coloring!
