Tactics note: I went low on the two NT hands, scoring 75% on each, beating your 62.5% average. This is a good lesson for me for IMP scoring - being aggressive has great value. However, I question the value of this much aggression in matchpoints. Am I resulting here?
going low on match points is often the right course of action...if you are a good declarer you will beat all the players who go low when the contract makes game...and you will beat everyone if the contract makes game...so you will generally get a decent board taking this course of action.
On board 2, west could be 5116 no? Which would mean that you need to ditch the QS, they ruff and play a spade, you overruff and play the heaet which they have to ruff and give you another trump. But if you ditch the heart as you did then they trump a spade back, trump a heart, then throw you in to give them the last two trumps
