My guy Em is the Rap God and all these so called rappers nowdays need to give respect where it is due.
I mean what do you mean there are plenty of good rappers out nowadays. Also most of the music Eminem has released over the past two decades is like mediocre on average. Encore was trash. Relapse was like mediocre or solid depending on who you ask. Recovery was good maybe even great imo. Marshal Mathers LP 2 is really good as well imo but lots would disagree. Revival was dogshit. Kamikaze was mediocre at best. Music to be murdered by was okay.

What a lot of his fans don't realise but, is that much of his best shit wasn't released on his mainstream albums. Also, and I know I'll get hate for this (which I really don't care what some amateur fans think), but the lyrical GOAT is Aesop Rock and/or MF Doom.

People forget that Wayne has been in it just as long as Em, if not longer. Idk about Em but Wayne has 10,000 songs in his catalog and about 5,000 that he's done that were never released. Id imagine Ems number is close to that and thats just insane. They've both been rapping longer than I've been alive, (27 years)

People don't truly understand how lyrical Rap God is. Nearly every line is so thoroughly thought out, and even the most "simplest" lines, are double and triple entendres, yet is still technically insane, with a masterful flow ie., "I'm full of myself, yet still hungry"

Now I know there are some other songs in music history that are good but no one on earth has the state of mind Marshall doesn't w for writing. God gave him a gift that only he was meant to have. He wrote one of the most lyrically rap songs ever written in 6 minutes, there's no rapper ever that's done this, and just think he repeated 9 grade 3times before he quit school and look at him he's got the mind and wisdom of a genius wow what a guy with wicked rhymes.

To what I understand here writing lyrics depends when the moment and mood strike, you won't even know how long it took you to write it down but improvised onse takes a few minutes if you are recording it and add some to it
