Since I’m on in my years, I need to agree with Mama Lai that having a core group of friends over decades.
Hot tea and PoChai pills are as good as hot water too, as is stretching.
My neighbor from Fuxion recommended it to me. We use Google translate as he learns Rudimentary English.
